I partner with The Lactation Network, to offer visits at no cost to you, aside from a $30 travel fee, for the following insurance plans:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO
- Anthem PPO
- United Healthcare PPO & HMO
- VA CCN
- PNOA
- Multiplan (logo on card)

Self Pay Options
If I am unable to bill your insurance plan then you can pay for services out of pocket. A superbill can be given to seek reimbursement for services. This is not a guarantee that insurance will reimburse you so make sure to check your coverage. For home visits, a $30 travel fee also applies.
Initial Visit– $200
Follow-Up Visit– $150
Virtual– $100
