Self Pay Options

If I am unable to bill your insurance plan then you can pay for services out of pocket. A superbill can be given to seek reimbursement for services. This is not a guarantee that insurance will reimburse you so make sure to check your coverage. 

Initial Visit– $200

Follow-Up Visit– $150
